What happens to my existing points?

Your points from our previous rewards program will be carried over to the Sculpted Beauty Club, so you won’t lose any of your earned points.

What happens to my redeemed but unused rewards vouchers?

If you previously redeemed a voucher but didn’t use it, it will not be carried over to the new program. We recommend using any existing vouchers before the transition date.

Will my tier status change?

Yes, our new rewards program features updated tiers. We’re currently in the process of updating all tier levels, so it may take a few days for the changes to show on your account.

How do I check my new tier and points balance?

Simply log into your account on our website and click Rewards to see your updated points balance and tier status.

Do I need to opt-in again with the new rewards platform?

No, if you were part of our previous rewards program, your account and points will automatically transfer to the new system.

I don’t see my points—what should I do?

We truly value our loyal customers, and while automatic free shipping is no longer tied to the prior VIP status, we’ve made free shipping more accessible for all members. Now, you can redeem just points for a free shipping voucher whenever it suits y

How do I turn my points into vouchers now?

Log into your account on our website. Go to the Rewards section. Choose the reward you'd like to redeem—such as a discount or free shipping. Click Redeem, and you’ll receive a unique voucher code. Apply the code at checkout to enjoy your reward!

Can I still use my old vouchers from the previous rewards program?

Unused redeemed vouchers from the previous program won’t carry over, so we recommend using them before the transition. Your points, however, will be transferred to the new system so you can redeem new rewards!

Are there different voucher options available?

Yes! You can redeem your points for different types of vouchers, including discounts on purchases and free shipping. Check the Rewards section in your account to see what’s available.

Do vouchers expire?

Yes, each voucher has an expiration date, which will be shown when you redeem it. Be sure to use it before it expires!
