Yes, our new rewards program features updated tiers. We’re currently in the process of updating all tier levels, so it may take a few days for the changes to show on your account.

• We expect all updates to be completed within the next 7 days 
• Here’s what you can expect from the new tier structure:
  • If you were in the Newbie tier, you'll remain in the Newbie tier
  • If you were in the Regular tier, you'll be moving up to Guru
  • If you were in the VIP tier, you’ll now be part of our top tier — Hero
