Change of mind/Unsuitable item

If you change your mind, it’s okay!

We accept any unsuitable item back for a refund or exchange once the item fits the below criteria:

- Has not been used

- Is in its original packaging

- Is within 60 days of purchase/receipt

- Is accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt or bank statement)


If your item has been gently used (tested once or swatched on the back of your hand) we will also accept this back under the following conditions:

- Has not been tested more than once 

- Is in its original packaging

- Is within 60 days of purchase/receipt

- Is accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt or bank statement)


Foundation shade

If you have received a shade recommendation and find that the shade isn’t right for you, we’re committed to getting it right!

If your product has a flaw or fault

We’re always committed to making things right in the rare event that anything goes wrong!

Please note:

- All returned items are subject to inspection by our Store Team or Returns team once the item has been received prior to the refund/exchange being issued

-Personalised items are exempt from ‘change of mind’ returns due to the nature of the item


We are unable to take returns for Change of Mind/Unsuitable products not purchased on our Sculpted By Aimee App, Website or in our Flagship stores. If you purchased a product at one of our authorised retailers or counters and have changed your mind, please contact them directly.
