Engraved items - All you need to know!
- As engraved items are bespoke, we would kindly ask you to allow approximately 5 working days to allow for delivery.
- Engraving is only available on select products while stocks last.
- If engraving is available for a product, it will appear as an option on the product page.
- No changes or cancellations can be made to an engraving order once placed.
- If you have ordered other items with an engraved item, the other items will be dispatched separately.
How to order an engraved item
- If you do not want the item engraved, select 'None'
- If you do want the item engraved, select 'Engraving' and enter the name in the "name field"
- Please ensure you do not leave this field blank.
*Please note that there is a 10 Character Limit on engraved items. No Emojis, special characters, or numbers can be used - if these are added, they will be removed. Please ensure you check this before you tick the box to confirm.

Engraved items are fully bespoke so our dispatch times take longer than usual.
After you successfully place an order, you will receive an email confirming your order.
When your engraved item is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with tracking information to let you know it's on the way.
We will inform you if there are any unprecedented delays with your order.

The engraving option is provided on a first-come first served basis while stocks last.

Discount codes (including rewards codes) cannot be used when purchasing an engraved item.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for engraved items. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please see our returns policy here
