Personalised items

Please note that personalised items are fully bespoke and our warehouse begins personalising the order right away once it has been placed. 

No changes can be made to the order once it has been placed, so it's important to make sure that you have entered the name correctly in the relevant field.

Terms & Conditions 

• Personalised offers run for a limited time only and are only available while stocks last. 
• We cannot make any cancellations or amendments to personalised orders once an order has been placed.  
• There is a 10 Character Limit on a personalised item.
• No Emojis, special characters, or numbers can be used - if these are added, they will be removed. 
• We cannot offer refunds/exchanges for personalised items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• Personalised items are exclusive to our website and are not available on the app. 
• Any Discount codes incl Rewards codes cannot be used to purchase personalised items. 
• Please note that orders containing a personalised product will be dispatched within 5-7 working days.
