Unsuitable items can be returned to us if they are;
- Unopened and unused
- Within 60 days of purchase
- Purchased in a Sculpted By Aimee store, website or app
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt/order number)
- Not in the below list of exclusions
If the product has been opened but the shade isn't right
We know it's hard to find the right shade whilst shopping online, and we're committed to getting it right for you.
We always recommend our Shade Finder Quiz, but if you've ordered a foundation or concealer that isn't right, we can offer an exchange once it has only been gently used or tested. It must have been purchased in the last 60 days and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number).
Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned to us:
- Personalised or engraved items
- Free Gifts with purchase
- Opened or used items
- Purchased in other retailers i.e. Not a Sculpted By Aimee store, website or app
- Limited edition or exclusive items;
- Advent Calendars
- Surprise Beauty Boxes
- Selection Boxes
Online Returns
If the item was purchased online (Sculpted By Aimee Website or App)
The item can be returned to us via post, within 60 days of purchase and accompanied with a valid proof of purchase (receipt).
Online Returns within Ireland:
Click An Post Sculpted By Aimee Returns and follow the steps. Please include a note within your parcel outlining your original order number and reason for return.
Online Returns within UK/Northern Ireland:
Received as a gift
If you have received an item as a gift, we would request that you ask the person who gifted it to you for the order number or receipt so you can determine where it was purchased.
- If it was purchased in a Sculpted By Aimee Flagship store, on our website, or app, we will be able to take the return once it fits within the above criteria. If it was purchased from another retailer or counter, please contact them directly as their returns policies may vary.
- Gift cards cannot be returned.
Flaws or faults
If you have noticed any flaw or issue with a product you have received, please contact us here and we'll be happy to help.
Please note:
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If an excluded, used or opened item is returned to us, it will be returned to the sender and a refund/exchange will not be processed. We are unable to take returns on products not purchased on our Sculpted By Aimee App, Website or in our Flagship stores. If you purchased a product at one of our authorised retailers or counters, please contact them directly as their returns policies may vary.
