Note: Working days as referred to below are including 24th, 29th, 30th, 31st December and 2nd January. Weekends and public or Bank Holidays are not deemed working days.

You should receive an email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is on the way to you.

This email includes a tracking link where you can track the progress of your order with our courier.

STANDARD DELIVERY (OUTSIDE PEAK TIMES)

During peak periods like Black Friday, Christmas, or our Summer Sale or Black Friday, please allow 5 working days for your order to be dispatched due to the large volume of orders we receive.

Outside of these peak times, orders within the UK are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days, and delivered 3-5 days following this.
