Summer Sale – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Sculpted by Aimee Summer Sale, customers agree to the following terms and conditions.

Promotion Period

Early Access Sale (Online Only) - available to Sculpted By Aimee email subscribers

• Starts: 23 June at 6:00pm
• Ends: 25 June at 5:59pm

General Sale (Online & Flagship Stores)

• Starts: 25 June at 6:00pm
• Ends: 30 June at 11:59pm

All timings are based on Irish time. Sculpted by Aimee reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw the promotion at any time.

Promotional Offer

During the promotion period:

• Purchase 2 full-sized products and receive 15% off eligible items.
• Purchase 3 or more full-sized products and receive 25% off eligible items.

Discounts are automatically applied at checkout where qualifying conditions are met.

Exclusions

The promotion does not apply to:

• Mini products
• Bundles
• Gift sets
• Gift cards
• Delivery charges

The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, promotion, employee discount, or offer unless otherwise stated.

Early Access Gift With Purchase

During the Early Access period only, customers who purchase 3 or more full-sized products will receive a free Mini Beauty Base Pearl.

The Gift With Purchase:

• Is available exclusively during the Early Access period.
• Is available while stocks last.
• Will be automatically added to qualifying orders where applicable.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative products.
• Is limited to one gift per qualifying order.

If the Gift With Purchase is unavailable at the time of order fulfilment, Sculpted by Aimee reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative product of equal or greater value or to withdraw the offer.

Returns & Refunds

Where a qualifying order is returned and no longer meets the promotional criteria:

• The promotional discount may be removed from the refunded amount.
• Any Gift With Purchase received as part of a qualifying order must be returned if the order no longer meets the eligibility requirements.
• If the Gift With Purchase is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from any refund issued.

All returns remain subject to the Sculpted by Aimee Returns Policy.

• Promotional offers are subject to product availability.
• Sculpted by Aimee reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders where misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
