Finding your perfect foundation shade online can be tricky. If you’ve purchased a Sculpted By Aimee foundation directly from our website and the shade isn’t quite right, we’ll help you find a better match and exchange your original foundation for a new shade free of charge.

How it works

1. Contact us within 60 days of receiving your order and let us know that your foundation shade isn’t quite right. 
2. Our Customer Service team will help you find a better shade. 
3. We’ll provide instructions for returning your original foundation to us. 
4. Once we receive the returned product, we’ll send you your replacement shade free of charge. 

Terms & Conditions

• The Shade Match Guarantee applies to eligible foundation products purchased directly from Sculpted by Aimee online. 
• The request must be made within 60 days of receiving the original order. 
• One shade exchange per product/order is permitted. 
• The replacement must be for the same foundation product, in a different shade. 
• The original product must be returned in a condition that allows us to process the exchange. We understand that you need to try the product to determine whether the shade is right, but we reserve the right to decline exchanges where a product has been excessively used. 
• The guarantee applies to shade mismatch only and does not cover change of mind, incorrect product selection or reactions to the product. 
• We reserve the right to request photos or additional information to help determine the most suitable replacement shade. 
• The guarantee is only available for purchases made directly through sculptedbyaimee.com and does not apply to purchases made through third-party retailers. 
• The replacement shade is subject to product availability. 
• We reserve the right to refuse a request where we reasonably believe the guarantee is being misused.
