This depends on the DuoCleanse system you are using and your own preferences. 

Most people will typically double cleanse at night to remove SPF or any makeup residue with Step 1 (Gentle Cleanser) and then treat their skin with Step 2. 

Recommended use: 

Cleanse & Exfoliate

Step 1: Morning and night

Step 2: 2 - 3 times per week at night time

Cleanse & Brighten

For Cleanse & Brighten, this system can be used morning and evening depending on your preference. 

Step 1: Morning and night

Step 2: Morning and night depending on personal preference

Cleanse & Clarify

For Cleanse & Clarify, this system can be used every other night on most skin types, and every night for those who can tolerate it. 

Step 1: Morning and night

Step 2: Every second night

However, some skin types can tolerate more active ingredients than others, so we would suggest slowly adding the cleanser to your routine to make sure that the usage suits your skin.
