1. Who can refer a friend?
The Refer a Friend programme is available to existing Sculpted customers who are members of Sculpted Society and have access to a referral link via the Sculpted Society page when they are logged in. 

2. Who can use the offer?
The referral link will only work for  new customers. Your friend must not have previously placed an order with Sculpted By Aimee. 

3. How does it work?
The new customer must shop through the unique referral link provided by the Sculpted Society member. Once they access the offer through the referral link, they will receive a pop up with a code. They can use the promotional code provided to them at checkout.

4. €10 discount
The eligible new customer will receive €10 off their first eligible purchase.

The discount applies only to eligible products and is subject to the minimum spend shown with the offer.

5. Exclusions
The minimum spend must be met using eligible items only. Minis, gift sets, gift cards, sale items, academy courses, events, gift sets, and already-discounted items are excluded from the offer.

Excluded items will not receive the discount and will not count towards the minimum spend.

6. Combining offers
The Refer a Friend discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotional code or offer unless otherwise stated.

7. Referral reward
Once the referred customer completes an eligible purchase, the referring Sculpted Society member will receive 1,000 Sculpted Society points.

Points will only be awarded on eligible completed purchases. If the order is cancelled, refunded or returned, the referral reward may not be awarded or may be removed.

8. New customer eligibility
Each referral is intended for a genuinely new customer. Sculpted may check customer and order history to confirm eligibility. An email address that has previously been used to place an order may not be eligible for the Refer a Friend offer.

9. Misuse
Referral links and promotional codes are for genuine referrals only. Sculpted reserves the right to refuse or cancel a discount or points reward where we believe the offer has been misused or used in breach of these terms.

10. Changes to the programme
Sculpted by Aimee reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Refer a Friend programme or these Terms & Conditions at any time.

11. General
By taking part in the Refer a Friend programme, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the standard Sculpted Society Rewards Terms & Conditions.
