Why didn't I get a free gift?Updated a month ago
đOur Black Friday discounts ran all week, starting Tuesday at 6pm and ending at midnight 2nd December, offering customers up to 30% off. Additionally, we included extra free gifts at specific times during the week:
- Tuesday 6pm âThursday 6pm: Buy 3, get EasyBrow & HydraLip Free / Buy 4 get EasyBrow, HydraLip & Cream Luxe for free
- Friday (6â9 PM): Buy 3 get a Bare Basics Palette for free
- Saturday (12-2pm): Buy 3 get a Mystery Gift for free
- Sunday (6pm - midnight):Â All orders got a Mystery Gift for free
- Monday (7pm - midnight): Buy 3 get Sheet Masks & Eye Patches for free
These free gifts were offered alongside our standard discounts and were advertised via email and on our social media, with specific times clearly outlined.Â

If you placed an order for the minimum amount of products (usually 3) within the specified times, your order would have qualified for a free gift.
đąThe free gift does not appear in your cart or confirmation email, but the gift would be added automatically by us once your order qualifies. It would be delivered with your order while stocks last.
