Important information - 2024 Advent Calendar 

• Dispatch update: The majority of orders have been dispatched and our warehouse are working through the remaining orders as quickly as possible. All customers should receive an update via email over the next 2 working days.
• We would kindly ask you to allow approximately 3-5 working days after this estimation to allow for delivery. 
• After you successfully place a pre-order, you will receive an email confirming your pre-order.
• When your Advent Calendar is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with tracking information to let you know it's on the way. 
• We will inform you if there are any unprecedented delays with your order.  
  

Terms and Conditions 

• Discount codes (including rewards codes) cannot be used when purchasing an advent calendar. 
• This item is only available while stocks last. 
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for Advent Calendars. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please see our returns policy here
• This item is sold on a first-come first served basis. Customers who have signed up in advance and opted in to our email marketing will receive notification via email once the Advent Calendar is on sale.
